How do waves travel? What causes waves? What can light travel through? What can sound waves travel through?
By vibrating the atmosphere. Vibrations cause waves. Light can travel through clear and translucent objects. Sound can travel through everything except a vacuum.
How does the medium that a wave travels through affect the wave?
By the density of the object.
