Q

What is the goal of KAFO training

A
  • could be standing or household ambulation or community ambulation
  • more likely standing and household ambulation for upper thoracic injuries
  • possibly community ambulation for lower thoracic and lumbar level injuries, but unlikely in KAFOs given inefficiency of gait with locked knee joints
