What determines an established patient?
Someone who has been provided direct care (including but not limited to screeing colonoscopy, all other GI procedures: done as out patient impatient or seen through the ER or outpatient consultations) within 3 years by a SWEDISH GI PROVIDER
What does not solely qualify as establishing care with a provider?
ED phone consultants and RN administered tests (Manometry, PH study, etc.)
