Majority of passengers are business passengers (Note: businesspeople, not
business class).
How do you handle it?
Develops to 90 minute delay.
Updated TAF with wx requirement on ML for thunderstorms, not for AVV
However, AVV has TEMPO w CB.
One cabin crew no longer wishes to fly due tech issue.
Passengers agitated. What do you do?

- Call up Qantas OCC (Consistently monitors weather)
- Check likelihood
- Decide weather extra weather should be taken
- If likelihood is high, encourage taking extra fuel.
If capt refuses to take extra fuel, as long as its safe, legal and operationally viable, I would be ok to depart.
