A
- Diagnostic trouble codes (DTC)
- data stream: info about fuel, ignition, and emissions
- it can test components
- it can freeze frame data: DTC when they happen
- it can reset computer info: delete old codes

No. They lead to the problem area.

idle speed, fuel pump, injector, emission controls, and cooling fan tests.

What does freeze frame data capture?
A
- it captures data and locks it on the screen.
- It also captures DTC’s when they are triggered, helping you diagnose what exactly is happening.
