If find a problem with your hood what shall you do?

Inform OOD

When do you inspect your hood
A
Start of each tour
After use
NOTE: inspect for tears discoloration. Stretching or open seams

If problem with your hood and there’s no spare available what shall the OOD do
A
Instruct FF TO HAVE
- Earflaps down
- Coat collar up
- Secure by neck strap

IF feeling pain or discomfort through your hood you must?
A
Immediately leave area unless area can immediately be cooled by hoseline

How shall you wash your hood ?
A
In lukewarm water using liquid detergent
No soap or chlorine bleach

When drying hood you should wring out hood to get all the water out?
A
No never wring out hood
Squeeze water out
Air dry out of sun
