Injury determined by on duty medical officer that does not require the member to be granted the remainder of the tour or be granted medical leave

Burns other than first degree
Chest pains
Strains and sprains with swelling or discoloration
Any injury resulting in fainting blackout or loss of memory
Shortness of breathe
What is considered a biological exposure ?
A member exposed to bloodborne airborne or other infectious pathogens
NOTE : medical officer must be notified with or without symptoms
Is medical officer notification necessary for a non-biological exposure
Only required with symptoms
If member exhibits symptoms from biological or non-biological exposure what report(s) must be done ?
Both and injury and exposure report
