What does ki mean?
Ki is to be thought of directionally and used for going to a meeting. This is put as the particle before the noun and announcing where you are headed
What does i mean?
I is used for all other activities when discussing what you are doing and how you are doing it. This is put as a particle before the noun when talking about what you are doing
I am going to the sales meeting

I am going to sleep

I am going to do some work
