Style within the Savoie or Vin de Savoie AOC. Can only be white. Cremant must be made from 40% Jacquere and/or Jacquere/Altesse making up at least 60%. Up to 20% of principal red can be used.

Small appelation for dry and sparkling white wines made from Altesse.
If labeled Seyssel Molette, it is 100% Molette.
SParkling Seyssel must be traditional method, contain 75% Molette and 10% Altesse. Chasselas can compete the blend.

Both Vin de Savoie AOC and Roussette de Savoie AOC contain delineated sub-zones. These are officially called dénominations géographiques complémentaires (DGCs) – but are locally known as crus.
