Health needs - goal setting an contribute as I can track my progress and increase slowly my input to achieve my goal
Eg. setting a goal to be able to walk 10 kilometres by the end of the month. Maintains and improves my physical health and from that my mental health. I can measure this my increasing it every week by 2 kilometres the distance I have to walk. Overall increases my wellbeing
