uveitis - red, painful eye with blurred vision

A

bronchoscopy + US guided biopsy of medicinal nodes

- histology shows non-caveating granulomas with epitheliod cells

tx sarcoidosis

A

1st line: oral steroids
biphosphonates to protect against osteoporosis

2nd line: methotrexate / azathioprine
