What do CXRs show in sarcoidosis?
A
Stage 0 = normal
Stage 1 = Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy
Stage 2 = BHL + peripheral pulmonary infilrates
Stage 3 = peripheral pulmonary infiltrates
Stage 4 = progressive pulmonary fibrosis

How is sarcoidosis managed?
A
Acutely = rest + NSAIDs
