Large nodular

4th sign of sarcoid
fibrotic change progressing to pulmonary insufficiency with cor pulmonale-late irreversible form of the disease in 20% to 25% of patients
5th sign of sarcoid
large nodular densities raining up to 5cm in size are occasionally found
potato nodes
when lymph nodes are enlarged (giant). Usually found in 1,2,3 sign.
