Types of sampling

A
  1. Opportunity- p’s are easily accessible and ready to take part in the research
  2. Random – all p’s from the sample frame are picked randomly
  3. Volunteer – P’s reply to a request/ advertisement
  4. Stratified – P’s are split into groups and the representatives of groups are selected
  5. Systematic – All p’s are in a database
