- member of another club with the reciprocal visiting rights
club cannot be open to the public
What are the two kinds of Special Licence:
(1) On site

alcohol for consumption ON the PREMISES to any:
- person attending any occasion(s) or event(s) described in their licence.
(2) Off site
- sell
alcohol for consumption ELSEWHERE to any
- person attending any occasion(s) or event(s) described in their licence.

What two things must be displayed at all times at a premises ?
- A copy of the liquor licence (must be attached to the interior of the premises or conveyance) - the maximum hours of trade and conditions attached
- Managers name must be displayed inside at all times
What are the 3 Polices general roles to maintain order in and around licensed premises ?
- Vetting applications for alcohol licences and managers certificates
- enforcing compliance with the managerial provisions of the Act
- enforcing the offence provisions of the Act, where alcohol is being sold, supplied or consumed in breach of the Act
What is Section 267 of the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012 ?
Power to enter licence premises

What does section 244 of the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012 deal with ?
Deals only with minors being found on the licensed premises
What is a supervised area ?
A designated area which minors must not be admitted ‘unless accompanied by a parent or guardian’
What is a restricted area ?
An area that is designated as an area to which minors must not be admitted.
