- Seasoned with sea salt and black pepper

- Presented on a large plate
- Burrata- means “butter” in Italian. refers to texture of the cheese

- Mixed with chopped hardboiled egg, chopped roasted red peppers, chopped red onion, diced shrimp, diced tomato, blue cheese crumbles and Grana Padano parmesan cheese

- Tossed in a light and creamy buttermilk blue cheese dressing
