Tibial
L4-S3
Gastrocnemius, plantaris, soleus, popliteus, posterior tibialis, Flexor disitorum longus, Flexor hallucis longus, Branches of tibial nerve in foot are medial planter nerve and lateral planter nerve
Medial planter
Blanch of tibial nerve, abductor hallucis, flexor digitorum brevis, flexor hallucis brevis, skin over medial 2/3 of planter surface of foot
Lateral planter
Branch of tibial nerve remaining muscles of foot not supplied by medial planter nerve, skin over lateral third of planter surface of foot
Common fibular
L4-S2
Divides into superficial fibular and deep fibular branches
Superficial fibular
Fibularis longus and Fibularis brevis, skin over distal third of anterior aspect of led and dorsum of foot
Deep fibular
Tibialis anterior, extensor hallucis longus, fibularis tertius and extensor digitorum longus and extensor digitorum brevis. Skin on adjacent side of great and second toes
Pudental
S2-S4
Muscles of perineum, skin of penis and scrotum in male and labia majora, minora and vagina in female
