The system in the body that regulates the production and release of hormones (through the glands)

Biological changes that occur during youth and prepare an individual for sexual reproduction

Is the transition from childhood to adult it is triggered by puberty/ the final growth spurt and sexual reproduction

Hormones bring about changes in physical development in youths and also do determine how quickly an individual develops

Impact youth by if young people dont eat enough of the right food their optimal physical development is not achieved during youth
