Facilitation is the process of helping someone or a group of people to discover and understand their common objectives or goals.

Explain the Laissez-faire (delegative) leadership style
This leader delegates decisions to the group and allows members to make their own decisions and simply provides general guidance.
explain the participative (democratic) leadership style
This leadership style allows members to participate in decision making; however, the facilitator still controls the process and final decision.
Explain the authoritarian / disciplinarian (autocratic) leadership style
This leadership style is when the leader has complete control over decisions and the members have little to no say in decision making. This is a more traditional style of leadership.
define the term ‘mentoring’
Mentoring is the process of transferring knowledge and skills from one person to another. A mentor is someone who is experienced and can guide less experienced players by offering advice and support.
