To wound or inflict GBH with or without a weapon or instrument

A
Eisenhower:
- cut through whole skin
- internal bleeding not a wound
- broken bones not wound

Smith - really serious harm (doesn’t have to be life threatening)
Bollom - bruising could be GBH depending on health and age
Dica - can include infecting someone with HIV etc ..
Burstow - severe / serious psychiatric injury counts
