  • OD: coma, cardiovascual instability, arrhythmias, PVC, V fib, torsades, asystole
  • GI: n/v, hmorrhagic gastritis
  • pear-like odor

A
  • gama-hydroxybutyrate
  • date-rape drug
  • peak plasma 30-40min
  • non-detectable in urine >12h after ingestion
  • Sx: sedation, seizure, coma, resp dpn, cardiac dpn, bradycardia, hypothermia, miosis/mydriasis
  • tx: physostigmine, intubation
