tenofovir, lamivudine, and raltegravir for 28 days.

1. if you were sexually assaulted by a person that you know is HIV positive
2. if you were sexually assaulted by a person at high risk of being HIV positive (i.e. known to take drugs using a needle, known to be a man who has sex with men)
3. if you were sexually assaulted by more then one assailant

4. if you were assaulted in a place considered high risk (eg the Vancouver Downtown Eastside)
