A

During WW1 many Russian soldiers had died during the war and this left many food shortages as they has to send food to their armies so they were lacked up on resources and food. This left townspeople and Tsar troops bitter and angry.

The secret police told Tsar and Tsarina that there was unrest so they needed to be moved in the cellar but they were shot and killed blood stained the cellar and their bodies were supposed to be disposed at an deep mine shaft but the lorries got stuck and they were buried in the ground
