A

The empire established a forced assikilation to the russian culture trying to avoiud intervention from the west however, russian literature and music and culture in the late 19th century became even more connecctedd to western civilization as people discoverd more russian artist.

countable, convertable currency,
railways milleage doubled
letters and more post offices accesable

Challenges:
no machine tools
few chemical plants but with foreign ownership
factor work for workers hard

A

People who were exiled and had different ideas based on european ideas
belived it was an international movment NOT just russia
needed capitalism so was against the increased mirs
did not approve of assasination and terrorism

Bolshevik wanted a tighter group of dedicated people and controll/dictatorship, it needs to happen now
mensheviks wanted looser membership, new ideas, it will come in time
