Northern European plain’s best features
1- It has the most fertile soil in the world-chernozem- Making it the most agricultural place in the region
2- The soil is located 3 miles underground.
3- 3 of the biggest cities of Russia are located in the North: Moscow, St. Petesburg, and Kiev.

What seperates Northern European plain and western Siberian plain?
The Ural mountains, which some people also consider a dividing line between Asia and Europe.
West Siberean plain location
It lies between the Urals and the Yenisey river, and between the shore of the arctic ocean and foothill of the Atlay mountain.
Why do rivers in the west Siberean plain flow towards the arctic?
Because the plain tilts northward

Caucasus mountain’s location
They create a boarder between Transcaucasia and Russia.
Tian Shan mountains
Mountains in southern Russia to the east of the Caucasus mountains. Tian Shan mountains creates a boarder between Russia and the southerneastern boarder of Cential Asia, they are so high that they prevent air from coming from the south.
Central Asia
A republic in the centre of Asia that includes: Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

3- many animals including the world’s only fresh water seal are unique to it.
