Method:
Shake together in boston, fine strain into coupe.
Mai Tai
12.5ml White Rum 25ml Dark Rum 12.5ml Amaretto 12.5ml Orange Liqueur 3 Lime Wedges (Squeezed) 3 Dashes of bitters 12.5ml Gomme
Method:
Shake all ingredients together in boston and strain into a lo ball with cubed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.
Cuba Libre
50ml White Rum
2 Lime Wedges
Coca Cola to top
Method:
Build in glass and garnish with lime wedge.
Zombie
25ml White Rum 25ml Dark Rum 12.5ml Overproof Rum 100ml Pineapple Juice 12.5ml Orange Liqueur 12.5ml Grenadine 3 Lime Wedges (Squeezed) 3 Dashes of bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredients (except overproof) in boston. Strain over fresh ice. Take a lime half and hollow it out. Pour overproof in the lime half and set ablaze. Serve in high ball with cubed ice. Crushed ice dome.
Pina Colada
25ml White Rum 25ml Coconut Rum 50ml Milk 50ml Pineapple Juice Dash of whipped cream
Method:
Shake together in boston. Strain into sling filled with cubed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
Caiprihna
50ml Sagativa Cachaca/Rum 7 Lime Wedges 25ml Gomme Method: Squeeze and drop limes into boston over ice. Add spirit. Shake and dirty dump into lo ball.
