Gin Fizz
50 ml Gin 25 ml Lemon Juice 25 ml Egg White 12.5ml Gomme Topped Soda Garnish with lemon
Method:
Place all ingredients except soda into boston. Shake with ice, strain into high ball and top with soda
Martini
50ml Gin/Vodka
12.5ml Dry Vermouth
Method:
Dry - Pour Vermouth into over ice in boston, stir, discard vermouth and keep ice. Pour Gin/Vodka into boston, stir and strain into martini glass/coupe.
Wet - Same as above but pour vermouth into Coupe and then discard before pouring Gin/Vodka into glass.
Dirty - Mix all together in boston.
Negroni
25ml Gin
25ml Campari
12.5ml Vermouth
Slice of lemon to garnish
Method:
Stir all ingredients in a beaker with cubed ice. Strain into low ball.
Aviation
50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
5ml Creme de Violette
Method:
Shake all ingredients together in a boston with ice. Fine strain into a coupe.
Martinez
50ml Gin
25ml Vermouth
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
3 dashes of bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients together with cubed ice. Strain into coupe.
Singapore Sling
37.5ml Gin
12.5ml Cherry Brandy
5ml Dom Benedictine
12.5 Orange Liqueur
25ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Gomme
3 Dashes of bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredients except bitters and strain into hi ball with cubed ice. Top with bitters.
Bramble
37.5ml Gin 25ml Lemon Juice 25ml Gomme 12.5ml Creme de Murre/Cassis Blackberries to garnish
Method:
Shake all ingredients except creme de murre/cassis. Strain into lo ball with crushed ice. Pour creme de murre/cassis over top.
Tom Collins
50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5 Gomme
Topped with soda
Method:
Place all ingredients in boston. Roll from side to side and strain into hi ball with cubed ice. Lemon wedge to garnish.
French 75
37.5 Gin
12.5ml Brandy
12.5ml Grenandine
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Gomme
Prosecco top
Method:
Shake all ingredients except prosecco in boston. Strain into hi ball filled with cubed ice and top with Prosecco.
