Dose and administration:
Adult
0.2-0.6mg/kg IV over 30-60sec
Peds
0.2-0.4mg/kg over 30-60sec, max 20mg

Quickest onset of neuromuscular blocking drugs. Binds to receptors for acetylcholine.
