What is the “S” in SOAP-ME?
S - suction
What is the “O” in SOAP- ME?

Airway equipment
Laryngoscopes: 2 functioning handles and various size blades
ET: chose size and one size smaller ETT
Test the ET cuff MUST be tested
- Adult males: 7.5 - 8
- Adult females: 7 - 7.5
- Children: 4+ (age in years/4)
