- Act as pilot in command if:
- Aircraft is certified for single-pilot operation.
- Aircraft’s MTOW of no more than 1500kg.

- Flight is day VFR.
What are the limitations of of a RPL after you have passed your RPL Flight Test?
- 3 Take-off and Landings every 90 days to carry passengers.
- Class 1 or 2 Med required to carry more than 1 passenger.
- Class 1 or 2 Med required to fly above 10,000ft AMSL.
- Fly within 25nm of departure aerodrome, training area, or direct route to designated training area.
- Flight review every 24 months.

Having passed your RPL, can you charge money for taking a person flying? Is it legal to share the cost?
You may not charge for your services as a pilot without holding a CPL, but you are permitted to cost share with your passengers to split the cost of the aircraft hire.
You have passed your RPL, can you fly your friend’s C152 on the farm?
Yes you can, must still exercise privileges of the RPL if the farm’s strip is suitable ALA distances.
