A

1) Insufficient undercut
2) Severe rotation of the abutment
3) Severe mesial inclination of the abutment (prevents correct creation of the guide plane)
4) Height of the floor of the mouth -> Less than 8 mm distance requires the use of a lingual plate, which moves the rotational axis from the rest to the area of plate contact.
