What is the general point of the Royal Australian Corps of Military Police?
Purpose is to maintain military effectiveness and to maintain the reputation of Army through general policing on base, on excercises and on deployments
What is Tactical Support Team?
MP Officers may command a tactical Support team.
The TST provides more advanced tactical capability and consists of two elements.
1. tactial Support element (Close Personal Protective Operatives
2. Military Police Dog Element (Responisble for training, handling and caring for Military Police dogs. They are used to detect human intrusion, track people and act as a deterrent in crowd control
