Describe the typical appearance of rosacea
A
Fixed centrofacial erythema
Phymatous changes - skin thickening, glandular hyperplasia, bulbous appearance of nose, chin forehead
Pustules and papules
Flushing
Telangectasia
Occular manifestations - lid margin telangiectasia, spindle shaped infiltrates in cornea, scleritis

Describe the progressive nature of rosacea
A
Flushing -> Persistent erythema -> Papules and pustules -> Telangectasias

How is rosacea managed?
A
Topical / oral antibiotics or anti-inflammatories
Benzoyl peroxide
Laser treatment
If severe - isoretinoin, cryotherapy
