Undergo a diploma and annual appraisal and other training.
Role: predomnantly finance based deal with patients complaints CCG meetings Staffing issues meeting with patients to look at issues of patient care
Health care assistants (HCA)
assist in minor surgery
run smoking cessation clinics
record vital signs
help with weight management
carry out immunizations
