What are the 4 types of report forms and what information is gathered on them?

A
  1. SLSNZ Patrol captains report - number of people involved, actions taken, weather conditions and equipment used.
  2. SLSNZ Incident report - Rescues, first aid/trauma, searches and any injuries that lifeguards have responded to
  3. SLSNZ Patient report - all details of any major rescue, search, first aid or trauma. One form per person must be filed out.
  4. IRB Operation Log - any problems with an IRB or their engines

A
