  • Theft
  • Accompanied by violence
    OR
  • Accompanied by threats of violence
  • To any person
    OR
  • To any property
  • Used to extort the property stolen
    OR
  • To prevent or overcome resistance to the property being stolen

(Penalty = 10 years imprisonment)
