Robbery section 8 of the theft act 1968
A person is guilty of robbery if he steals and immediately before, or at the time of doing so, and in order to do so, he uses force on any person, or puts or seeks to put any person in fear of being then and there subjected to force.

what is robbery?
a THEFT that is AGGRAVATED by the use of or THREAT of FORCE
what must force be in order for it to be robbery?
voluntary
fear but then & there subjected to force?
what must this be aimed at?
A human being.
however if directed at someone else it would not be robbery as you cannot fear for someone else’s safety
what does seeks to put mean?
it means that it doesnt matter whether they did it or not,
