A
Otherwise, than in the course of stealing, knowing, or believing them to be stolen goods, dishonestly receives the goods or dishonestly undertakes or assists in their retention, removal, disposal, or realisation, by or for the benefit of another or arranges to do any of the above

A
- That the goods were stolen
- That the goods were still stolen goods at the time of the alleged handling
- Actus reus – the accused received, or undertook/ assisted in the removal, retention, realisation, disposal of the property or arranged any of above
- Mens rea – the accused knew or believed them to be stolen goods
