Rule 20 of the Road Rules 2008?

Rule 24.1, road rules 2008 has effect despite any other rule specifying a greater speed limit than the speed limit applying to the driver.
Rule 24-3 of the Road Rules 2008?
Unless another less speed limit applies, the speed limit of 40 km / for any length of Road while overtaking or passing a bus, applies to a driver if approaching from the rear of the bus (whether stationary or in motion) and the bus is displaying when lights flashing speed limit sign, and fitted with a warning system (lights) that are activated.
