Improve favelas
Reduce water pollution
Access to resources
To decrease crime. Armed polic enter the most violent favelas. This reduces crime but also scares the civillains.
To improve favelas. New favelas have been constructed out of the city to overcome crowding. This improves the quality of life there but those who move out the city feel isolated and lacking community.
To reduce water pollution. 12 new sewage plants added. Fines for pollution into sea. Money from fines can be invested into Rio but pollution from past dumps will remain in ocean. 200 million tonnes of waste
Access to resources. Medical staff are visiting homes to increase number of patients being seen. These reduce infant mortality but many households are illeglay tapping into eleclticity
