A

Benevolent fund established over 100 years ago.

A

The corporate governance structure is shaped by the Royal Charter, Bye-Laws and Regulation. RICS’
governance structure combines governance bodies, as well as the Executive Team and Presidential Team.

A
  • A renewed and increased focus on the public interest of RICS, including amending the Royal Charter and creating a public interest panel to advise governing council.
    -Maintaining self-regulation, through greater independence for regulatory functions.

    -Empowering and enabling members through greater support fro regional boards, alongside increased member engagement, with renewed focus on younger members.
