Autoimmune condition (rheumatoid factor antibodies) ( anti cyclic cirtuilinated peptide (cup) antibodies (APCA)) 

Joints (inflammation, loss of movement, deformity)

Elsewhere in body (pleural effusion, interstitial lung disease, pericarditis, coronary artery disease, osteoporosis )
