Pleonasm
Use of superfluous or redundant words , often enriching the thought
Ex: the votes was utterly and completely unanimous
Paradox
An assertion which seemingly opposes common sense, but may yet have some truth in it
Ex: you can save money by spending it.
Paranomasia
Use of similar sounding words
Ex: hate poured out from every pore in my face
Paraprosdokian
Surprise or unexpected ending to a phrase or series
Ex: light travels faster than sound. That is why people seam bright until they speak.
Praeteritio
Pretended omission for rhetorical effect
Ex: not to mention your salary, but you can afford this.
Prolepsis
Anticipation in adj. or nouns of a result of an action of a verb
Ex: oh, I am a dead man !
Polysyndeton
Repetition of conjunctions in a series of words phrases or clauses
Persontification
Attribution of personal traits for an impersonal thing
Ex: the sky winked at me
