Arms crossed with PTP arm on top. Physician stands on opposite side of PTP.Place thenar process on PTP. Rotation comes from thenar on PTP. Side bending from sliding torso while holding the neck. To extend put Thenar on PTP. To flex put thenar on vertebrae blow somatic dysfunction
