Memo in file includes Hours and days to work wages for the modified work start date and time statement that modified work would be available if worker had not been terminated
What situations can a worker refuse modified work without facing a reduction or termination of TL benefits
The commute is beyond the capacities of the worker
The worksite is more than 50 miles away
The work is not with the employer at injury
The worksite does not belong to the employer at injury
The shift is different than what the IW usually works
