how to deal with CMCs
- CONDUCT yourself as you would in public
- DON’T type in capital letters
- DON’T spam
- DON’T send offensive messages
- DON’T gossip / spread negative messages about others
- DON’T send attachments if you are not sure of what they contain
- DON’T forward messages that you have not read
- DON’T send very large unsolicited files
- PUT brief and descriptive words on the email’s subject
- WRITE atl a short note on the body of the email
