In an emergency what are non-required crew required to do?
They will manage the flow of passengers through the cabin, ensuring a continuous and rapid flow to all usable exits.
Under what circumstances can a flight depart with no qualified OBM’s onboard?
Under extraordinary conditions and from an outstation only. The decision is made by the captain as to whether the next most senior crew member should take the flight home.

What are the requirements regarding company devices?
They must at least 80% charged, stowed under the crew seat for taxi, take off and landing and at least one device must be available and operational for a flight to depart the UK
