- Delegates (electoral college member) are elected to cast votes for regions and then states
- After the voting, whoever has received more votes in that region the delegate (electoral college member) will cast that vote for that candidate
Explain the strange part of the electoral college
Even though a candidate can with popular vote (more total votes)
they can lose the election
B/c as long as the candidate barely wins each district they will get the vote of the delegate
