What is Asthma stop down management
The British Thoracic Society (BTS) guidelines recommend that we should consider stepping down treatment every 3 months or so.
When reducing the dose of inhaled steroids the BTS advise us to do this by 25-50% at a time.

iso-CYAN-ates —–> Cyan paint (in spray paint)
What lobe is a foreign body most likely to be in?
Right main bronchus as it is wider, shorter and more vertical than the left
remember this as **L **has a horizontal bit, and **R **has the diagonal line which is more vertical, so things fall down more easily (look at the letters)
