Expiratory grunting: caused by closure of epiglottis in order to try to create positive airway during expiration.

Whats a wheeze?
Turbulent whistling sound caused by turbulent air flow.
Lower airway narrowing sign. Usually due to inflammation.
Usually expiratory phase of respiration.
Causes of infant : viral induced wheeze, asthma, bronchiolitis, inhalation of a foreign body and cardiac failire.
